Meet instructors outside of ASSC main office where you will be briefed and issued your sailing kit and the instructors will show you the location of the changing rooms, toilets, lockers and drying rooms. (See notes below re clothing and equipment)

Become a sailing superstar and take your enjoyment of sailing to the next level with our final step in the RYA Intermediate Stages. Learn advanced boat handling skills over 2/3 days in double-handed boats. Cover material such as leaving and returning to a jetty, beach or mooring, sail a double handed boat as a crew or helm and solve a variety of exciting challenges afloat. By now you will really confident with your sailing and with this course you will have the opportunity to sail lots of different boats from our extensive range.

Julian Forde

Julian ‘Jules’ Forde has been with us since 2015 and took on the role of Senior Instructor for the 2016 season. He heads up our ‘Young Leaders’ programme where we take young sailors and help them to become Assistant Instructors.
